Salman Khan may not host lavish and ostentatious parties on his birthday, but December 27 is doubtlessly a special day for many of his friends in the film industry. So no wonder the dinner party hosted by the superstar on the eve of his birthday turned into a celeb-studded event at Galaxy Apartments in Bandra.

One guest to catch our eye was Bipasha Basu who has been bonding well with Salman lately and she recently even launched her fitness DVD Breakfree on Salman’s telly show Bigg Boss 6.

The others spotted were Sohail Khan with wife Seema, Arbaaz Khan and wife Malaika Arora, Boney Kapoor, Vatsal Seth, David Dhawan and Sajid Nadiadwala.

Salman Khan himself appeared on the balcony of his house and waved at the media persons and fans camped outside.

The superstar has turned 47 today and has every reason to be happy because it has been a terrific year for him professionally. His Ek Tha Tiger is the biggest blockbuster of the year and now his Dabangg 2 is going strong at the box office.
