Anupam Kher-Raju Kher

Anupam Kher is indubitably an amazing personality! His father recently died on 10th Feburary and Anupam Kher, rather than mourning his death, invited a rock band to perform at his father’s Prayer ceremony!

Anupam Kher wrote on Twitter: “Today is my father's Prayer ceremony. I know he wants us to celebrate life.So there will be Rock band playing in His memory at d ceremony.:)”

The ceremony was attended by some of the most renowned names from the film industry! Yash Chopra, Mahesh Bhatt, Subhash Ghai, Ranvir Shorey and Konkona Sen Sharma, Ramesh Sippy, Jackie Shroff, and many others were clicked by the cameramen.

Anupam Kher’s wife Kiron Kher, son Sikander Kher and brother Raju Kher were, too, clicked at the ceremony.

Mahesh Bhatt wrote on Twitter: “Anupam Kher pays 'a life affirming' goodbye to his father through an unusual memorial service.”
