Ravi Teja failed to score a hit with his early 2012 release Nippu. Now his fans are eagerly waiting for Daruvu where he will be seen romancing the oh-so-gorgeous Tapasee Pannu.

The first trailer of the Telugu film Daruvu is out, and like any Ravi Teja film it promises to be a full-on entertainer. The trailer of the film introduces Ravi Teja as the ‘Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja’, and indeed he looks commendable as the hero of the masses in the film, spouting funny dialogues. Tapasee Pannu looks exotic in the opening scene of the trailer, wearing a traditional sari. The movie, touted as the socio-fantasy film, has Ravi Teja reportedly playing five characters.

The makers of the film claim that Daruvu is in tune with Ravi Teja’s body language. This is the first time that the actor is playing multiple characters, five to be precise. Producer Burugapalli Siva Rama Krishna says that his is such an entertaining character that he does not know what he is up to in the next moment. So much so that it surprises not only the audience but himself.

The film is being directed by Sivakumar, who has earlier made films like Sowryam and Shankam in Telugu, and Siruthai in Tamil. The movie has music by Vijay Anthony. Ravi Teja and Tapasee Pannu starrer, Daruvu, is up for a grand release in May. The music of the film will release soon in April.
