Passion ignited by hatred

Rising from the ashes of hooliganism and small town wars, comes a passionate love story ignited by hatred. A story of two people who were born to hate but destined to love. This is Ishaqzaade.

The movie introduces Boney Kapoor’s son Arjun Kapoor in the role of a hot-headed bully ready to go to any length to make sure his grandfather wins the upcoming elections. Parineeti Chopra, the scene stealer of Ladies V/s Ricky Bahl, plays a feisty, impulsive and a very practical girl, someone who doesn’t cave in under pressure.

Ishaqzaade is the love story of these two wild youths. There’s an undercurrent of violence, hatred, aggression, all culminating into a unique passion, a passion that’s ignited by hatred.

Directed by Habib Faisal (of the Do Dooni Chaar fame), the film promises a love story extraordinaire. The story is written by Faisal and Aditya Chopra.
