Karan Johar is bowled over by Kareena Kapoor’s performance in Heroine after watching the film at a special screening. On the other side of the globe, Priyanka Chopra is working on the music video of her first single. Catch all the spicy movie snippets here.

Filmmaker Karan Johar is super impressed with Kareena Kapoor's act in Heroine, and Madhur Bhandarkar's direction. He feels the movie will set the box office on fire, once it releases Friday.

"'Heroine' will have the cash registers ringing this weekend!!! Congratulations in advance Madhur," Johar wrote on Twitter.

The 40-year-old is all praise for Kareena, with whom he has worked in movies like Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham and Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu.

"Bebo is phenomenal in 'Heroine'!!! She owns, projects and understands the complexities of the protagonist to perfection," he added.

"Heroine" features Kareena as Mahi Arora, an actress, and the movie narrates the ups and downs in Mahi's life and career. The actress has earlier said it is her bravest role ever, and no wonder, expectations from the film are high.

The movie also features Arjun Rampal, Randeep Hooda and Divya Dutta.
