Those of you, like me, who felt The Vow could have been made much better, The Lucky One might just be the romantic movie we were actually longing for! Starring Zac Efron and Taylor Schilling, The Lucky One is going to hit the cinema halls real soon.

The movie is about a U.S. marine Logan Thibault (Zac Efron), who is serving his third tour in Iraq! A distraction caused by a picture of a beautiful girl (Taylor Schilling) lying in the Iraqi desert, saves his life from a sudden bomb explosion!

Logan then credits Beth, the girl in the photograph, for saving his life! Back home in North Carolina, he hunts her down and knocks at her door saying that he is looking for a job! Beth’s mom (Blythe Danner) hires him at her family-owned kennel. Logan then befriends Beth!

He does not reveal anything to her about her being his ‘lucky angel’! Meanwhile, Beth is also going through an emotional crisis.
