Romance on the beach!

The shooting for Terrence Malick’s film Knight of Cups is currently underway. Actor Christian Bale is once again spotted on the beach frolicking around with yet another beauty. After romancing Natalie Portman, and giving piggyback rides to Imogen Poots, Bale is back to the beach and this time he is with Indian actress Freida Pinto.

Going by these set of images, the intimacy seen here between Christian Bale and Freida Pinto suggests another love interest for Bale’s character in the movie as he has already shot with Natalie Portman and Imogen Poots. Bale is shown dressed in a suit, while Freida is wearing a flowy maxi dress as they take a walk together, wading through the waves, and making most of the romantic moment. The chemistry between Bale and Pinto is palpable and fresh. Also in one of the pictures, Bale kneels down and leans over Freida for a kiss. Wondering what the movie is all about?

The storyline of the movie Knight of Cups is under wraps, but it is described as the tale of a man in search of love and truth, and the title is for sure a clear reference to a tarot card. The card ‘Knight Of Cups’ when placed upright, represents change and new excitements, particularly of a romantic nature. It can mean invitations, opportunities, and offers. But if the card is reversed, it means unreliability and recklessness. It indicates fraud, false promises and trickery. Doesn’t it sound like a good premise for a complex drama -- love, passion and disillusion?
