Sartorial affair!

Saris, suits, LBDs and gowns, this week we saw it all. Bollywood’s glamourous ladies are never short of classy fashion picks in their wardrobe, and the IIFA weekend in Singapore only provided them an excuse to flaunt their fashion nous.

Good fashion rubs off quick on a perceptive eye and there are a lot of fashion tips to be had from Bollywood fashionistas this week. One could go for short dresses like Kareena Kapoor does, or wear something breezy a la Bipasha Basu, or look hot and yet not gaudy in a sari like Chitrangada Singh.

Coming to the stunners of the week, the best among the lot was Bipasha Basu. She was simply sexy. Another one who floored us with her desi elegance was Shriya Saran in a Manish Malhotra sari. A burst of colours at the red carpet by model-dancer Gauhar Khan did impress us, but we would reserve a special mention of Madhuri Dixit’s fashion choice on the ‘Jhalak Dikhla Jaa 5’ sets. Her long anarkali was nothing but resplendent.
